I have a sales system which creates a file in a folder when ever a sales person makes an order. I have a sms system in ms access that sends sms.. I need to track changes in the folder whenever sales system creates a new file in that folder in real time. I mean live link. Can I do it with ms access. If I will use timer then application will go to not responding. Is there any way I can do it in ms access.
