when I try to launch a lab, it will not display. The redirected page it takes me to sits on "connecting to server" I have check just about everything to find out what could be blocking it from opening up the lab but no success. Does anyone know why it will not display the Lab. it counts down the time i have to use the lab but all I have is white screen with connecting to server. I am using Windows Vista with Explorer 8. appreciate any help.

Could be some firewall issues.. Just try opening ports on your firewall and see if you can connect. If it works, we need to find the specific ports which needs to be opened. Else, there is something else.

But it most likely seems to be a firewall issue for me! ;-)
