I tried to delete the resource groups and VMs in the portal but they are not getting deleted.

As为TP1建议，尝试重新启动XrpVM中的服务（现在MAS-Xrp01），但它无法正常工作。

As suggested for TP1,  tried to restart the services in the XrpVM (Now MAS-Xrp01) but its not working.

Can I get the new commands for the services that need to be restarted?
