问题描述

将HCK服务器移到另一个地方时，无法打开HCK。 它提示"无法连接到数据库"。无法连接到OM。"

When move our HCK server to another place, the HCK can not be opened.  It prompted that "Failed to connect to Database. Failed to connect to OM."

I checked the forum, seems there was someone encoutered this, but I can not find the user related, see below picture.

I did not change any User name or computer name, just moved the computer(Shut down and restart), anyone can tell me the solution for this? All data are lost now.

1) Are you starting HCK Studio from the controller computer or a different one?
