I'm relatively new to Visio. I'm looking to create a flexible organisational chart which can be visualised in multiple ways. For example, the core view would be line management hierarchy. However each of my line managers have staff in different offices, so when thinking of expanding the team I would like the chart to show staffed grouped by location instead (detailed already entered against a person's record). I would also like the option to re-order the view so it groups staff by skillset (again already entered).

Is this possible? Can Visio automatically re-group an organisational chart based on its attributes held in Shape Data?
