Hi,

I am copying a diagram from Visio 2013 to Word 2010. I have done this many times and it has worked perfectly fine.

However, today I tried it again (using the select All-copy-paste method), and the diagram when copied from Visio to Word, all the shapes change into a solid blue colour. 

How do I resolve this issue? I've ran repair on both office 2010 and Visio 2013 but it didn't resolve the issue.

Is anyone else facing the same problem?

What's your detailed Visio 2013 version and Word 2010 version?

I tested in my Visio 2013 and Word 2010, there is no issue when copying (Ctrl+C) and pasting (Ctrl+V) the Visio diagram. The Color was not changed when pasting.

In your scenario, please try the following pasting steps in Word:

Under Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click Paste > Paste Special > Paste As Picture (Enhanced Metafile), click OK.

Then check if the color changed.
