The output I want is to see EVERY TIME an individual task was changed during the life of a schedule. For example, I want to see that Task #24 was changed 5 times during the life of the project and see that Task #48 was changed 11 times but Task #2 was never changed. I want to see the date of when the change was made and I want to see the changes.

Note - I am not looking for Task Updates information that I can already see (I know that I can see when a task was updated by Team Member and Accepted by the Status Manager).  I am looking for every change.  It can be that the Project Manager kept modifying the schedule due to bad requirements gathering and that there never was a Team Member update.

There's nothing OOTB, but you can achieve something similar by running a query on the archive data.  It keeps multiple copies of the last few versions of the schedule.  Run a query once a week as a stored procedure to pick up the deltas and then copy into a secondary database table.
