I need to display the project Description field in a PDP but not allow the project manager to change it because it is imported from another system.  For other fields in the PDP, I create a custom field that has a formula for the source field.  I have tried doing this for the Description field, but all the formula field names I have tried do not work.  I have tried [Description], [Project Description], [DESCRIPTION], and a few others.  Is this possible?

If this is not possible I will just have to abandon the Description field and make a custom field instead.

  As per my knowledge formulas are application for Numerics or dates only.
