Regarding the Add shapes help (Office Support) it says for MS Project it says, "1.In the open report, click Format, click Drawing, and then click the shape..." I do not have a drawing icon in Format and want to add it in Format Timeline.  In the Customize Ribbons Main Tabs, Format - Timeline is not listed in the Main Tables right column.  How do customize the Format Timeline and format Gantt chart by adding the Format Tab?

In order to have the "format" contextual tab added, you have to click first on the timeline. Once you select any part of the timeline, the format tab will appear.
