I want to mach all expresion but not which contains a secvence of caracters like abc.

the regular expresion I wanted to use for command line arguments whic has the folowing patern:

[-|/]<option>[:|=|<space>]<value> and I want tht value not conteain the sequence of <pace>/ or <space>-.
