We have a BizTalk 2006 orchestration that uses the Siebel Adaptor. If the orchestration is called within a couple of hours after the BizTalk server is re-booted then everything works. However, if the orchestration is called four hours after the BizTalk machine is rebooted the orchestration is unresponsive and does not work as expected. Therefore, we have to stop and restart the application and host instance to get the orchestration to work. We think this is because the connection the adapter makes to Siebel has timed out. We realize that there is a Refresh Agent on the SiebelAdapter Transport Properties for the static Solicit-Response send port, and it should be set to Yes in order to automatically do a refresh if the connection is lost. However, when we set the refresh option on the SiebelAdapter Transport Properties to Yes then click apply and OK it does not save the refresh option of Yes. Why would the refresh option for the static Solicit-Response send port refuse the Yes parameter?

You need to select "Yes" for Refresh Agent. As result the "runtimeagent.exe" and the "browsingagent.exe" processes to restart themselves automatically when it loses connection with the server.
The browsingagent.exe does not update until you exit the current browsing session so you must exit the "Add Generated Item" browsing session and reenter to update the "browsingagent.exe".
