I'm getting same error as described here: https://oussov.wordpress.com/2013/01/03/bam-xla-variable-not-defined-error-in-excel/ when I click "BAM Activity" in the Add-Ins tab. 

And his solution didn't work.  What can you guys recommend?  I'm on Excel 32-bit.

Turns out that I was told they put on Excel 32-bit, but they actually put on 64-bit. They have now installed the proper 32-bit, and it works.
