I had synctoy 2.1 running between Win764 bit to my XP 32 bit with no issues. I've since upgraded my XP 32 bit to Win7 32bit (not built for 64). When I try to setup sync it is asking me for a network password which I assume is the loging and password that I'm using on the Win7 32 bit but it is not taking the credentials. I want to setup synch for my documents and mail from the Win7 64 bit to the Win7 32 bit.

Yes, this brought by windows7 credential management strategy changing. You could create a network mapping or open the UNC network path first, and keep the credential, then run synctoy again.
