Using Visio 2016 Pro.  After placing a frame from the title block shapes on the page I cannot place a straight "line Connector" on the page or a shape.  While dragging the connector to the page as soon as it reaches the edge a bright green box appears around the entire edge of the page and grabs and glues the connector placing the ends at the center edges of the page at right angles.  The line never get's inside the frame on the page. This happens to any shape with a straight line in it, like callouts.  The only way to get manual control is to turn off all snap and glue, which is a pain.  Is there a fix for this?  It's like having a Border Patrol with a green laser!
