Because I have this hobby with old electronics I am diligently working on shapes where electron tubes are in.

Hi Wim,

In Visio 2010, I clicked More Shapes > Engineering > Electrical Engineering > Semiconductors and Electron Tubes. Checked all shapes there and no double diode is listed there of your requirement.

All these shapes are build-in shapes and some properties such as you can change directly heated or indirectly heated are configured by design.

I tried to group two "Tube Diode" shape in Visio, but it doesn't work and lost some properties. Maybe you can download some third-party provided Electronics shapes stencils and templates which contains Double Diode shape. Install it and use it in Visio application. I found there is Double Diode included:
