I am working on software that has an option of copying public folders to exchange server from Public Folder Mailboxes in edb.

Does anyone know how to copy permission from one folder from Public Folder Mailbox to a public folder on live exchange 2013 server?

You wont find any cmdlets or functions to copy ACL's in any of the Exchange API's, however you can use EWS or the Exchange Management Cmdlet's to Get and Modify the ACL's Access Control Entries (ACE's) on Mailboxes and Public folders. You will need to develop your own logic around synchronizing the ACL on the folders in questions.
