   为什么Project计算第3天的峰值 100％如果John当天只工作4小时，那么他的能力是
50％？

   

2。如果在上面的示例中我们手动更改 第3天工作时间从4h到8h，即使8h / d为100％，Project也会将Peak重新计算为200％。为什么会这样做？

Please explain how Project calculates the Peak in the following examples:

1. Fixed units Task1 duration is 2.5 days. Resource John is assigned at 100% . Work day is a default 8h.

    Why does Project calculate Peak for day 3 as 100% if John works only 4h on that day which is 50% of his capacity?

   

2. If in the example above we manually change  the work for day 3 from 4h to 8h, Project recalculates Peak as 200% even though 8h/d is 100%. Why doe it do so?

Does this mean that Project thinks this way:

The duration of day 3 is 0.5d thus that day's Units (Peak) = Work / Duration = 4h / 05d = 100% in the first case and 8h/ 0.5d = 200% in the second?

Hi Alex,

I can't reproduce this behavior. Can you try on a blank new file? Also which Project version do you have? Is it upgraded up to the latest patch level?
