We are implementing TFS into our company and all is working well.

My issue is that I cannot access the build  configuration any more, myself and a colleague set it up when we configured TFS, but for some reason I am now being told that Build service is not registered and when I click register I am getting the below error message

I have checked IIS and all seems to be correct, I can access both the TFS admin site and also reporting site along with everything working ok in VS2010 and 2012 and Build service is also running.
