After spending few hours tryomg to understand HDFace (using C++),

I still can't find an answer to my questions, so here is this post:

1/ Can I get position of "feature points" in 3d ?

2/ Any comprehensive sample or documentation (the sdk is so bad on explainations) ?

3/ Can I do this on several faces at the same time ?

4/ To do HDface tracking you need a skeleton, sorry body. So what the min distance this will work ?

1. Yes

2. HDFace should provide everything you need, the idea is to use the vertices and then get the hd face points you need.

3. You'll need HD Face. You'll also need to build a model after training the face. Right now this is only on 1 tracked body from what i can tell. I dont see a way to support multiple faces in hd face.

4. I don't know the exact measurements, however when building the hd face model, there will be a status event during the build that lets you know if the face is too close or too far. Usually 2-4 feet work well with my samples.
