Hey,

I'm deploying my Windows 10 IoT Core device in a situation where I want my users to be able to access the Network Configuration and File Explorer panels of the Windows Device Explorer, but must not be able to access other administrator functions. Has anyone had any luck in doing something like this?

Windows Device Portal is not designed to be a multi user application and not recommended for Production

You could use the Feedback Hub app for submitting suggestions like yours
