have a dummy app on my Windows Phone Store dashboard. This app is not published on Store and I need to remove it completely from the list. Is there a chance to do that? Also need to remove two in-app products for this app.

Yes, you can remove your app from the store. As you said your app is not published, please go to your windows phone dashboard and you will have the option to delete the app in the not completed apps list.
