SyncFx SDK doesn't expose an API to modify/delete scope definition as well as dropping the scope tables and the corresponding triggers/stored procedures that maintain the metadata.

So if you want to drop those objects, you'll have to do it manually.

instead of dropping the sync objects, you may want to do periodic metadata clean up instead. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee617373(SQL.105).aspx
