I have not seen any such scenario where machines get disconnected from domain after reboot. In any organization machines are usually connected to domain and as soon as machines get rebooted, they detect domain themselves. We dont have to do anything explicitly.

You can check Event Log and "Directory Service" event log on Domain Controller. Probably there you should get some clue.
