Hi, 

We have an Application that talk with Azure to provision the resources (compute, storage,DB, etc). To talk with Azure we were using Service Access Point (https://management.core.windows.net:443),Username and Password.

We would like to achieve the same in azure stack. Azure stack is deployed in a windows 2012 server an our application is in a different Server. The way I can access azure stack using https://portal.azurestack.local. So we are not sure how to integrate azure stack with thrid party application.

Just to confirm we would like to understand how your query is related to Azure Stack.

Azure is Microsoft's public cloud offering and Azure Stack is Microsoft's hybrid cloud solution, which as of now is in Technical preview 1.

If you can confirm that this query is not related to azure stack, we would move it to the appropriate Forum for better support.
