I have a very complex org chart to create.  There are approximately 180 positions in total, with 12 different departments.  So, my first page will consist of the project director and all the managers by department, I will then create an org chart for each department within the same file.  is there a way to click on the managers name on the main org chart and it bring you to the appropriate org chart page?

In the main Org Chart page, right-click the department1 manager shape, select Hyperlink. Click Browse next to Sub-address, select Page to the proper Department page. Click OK to finish the hyperlink setting.

Then you can click the hyperlink of Manager shape in the main page to jump to the related Department pages.
