I've setup Polybase on a test VM and am trying to create an external table.  When I execute the CREATE EXTERNAL TABLE statement it executes exactly for one minute and then aborts with the following error message

对象引用未设置为对象的实例。

Msg 110813, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

我不确定如何解决此错误。  任何人都有任何想法？

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this error.  Anyone have any ideas?
