I have a standard user with the Browser Role. When accessing a DataSet, I get the following error:

Could not load data. You may not have permission to view this DataSet.

I have changed this user to be a content manager and still cannot access it. The issues prevents this user from access a mobile report that uses that data set.

as the error message already says, the user do have permissions to view the report, but not to query the data from the data source.

You may change the credentials for accessing the data source to a fix login instead of using the user Login: Specify Credential and Connection Information for Report Data Sources
