There exists a (binary distributed) .NET class library (DLL) that we need to integrate into our UWP projects.

We want to create a UWP class library which includes existing .NET class library somehow. New class library can be included any UWP projects in a way that a UWP developer not have to dealing with interoperability details.

We have make some research on Desktop Bridge or some other methods, but we don't have find the proper method.

由于您没有.NET Class Library的源代码，因此移植到.NET Standard不适合您。您可以使用DesktopBridge在单独的进程中加载​​dll并使用AppService进行通信。 

As you do not have sources for .NET Class Library then porting to .NET Standard is not for you. You can use DesktopBridge to load dll in separate process and use AppService for communication.
