in my employee form i had imagebutton and asyncrnous upload ajax ctrl using it i can map my image in solution image folder and using java script i can display uploaded image in image button.

my inserted emp details bind it in to gridview
when i click on grdrow i need to display the image i saved in to image btn.

image name is stored in db as reference.
