Yes, you could use synctoy to achieve this by creating three folder pairs with action as Echo and right side folder are exactly one same folder.
Just notice, if there are files with same name in the three seperate folders, and there are conflicts on this file, the last modified content should be applied on the right side.
You can do a few try before apply to your  real environment with SyncToy 2.1, in case this is not you want scenario.
