对于您的方案，SyncToy可以帮到您实现这一目标。您可以在每台PC上创建2个synctoy文件夹对。
如果您想要其中三个绝对保持同步，即第二台PC上的任何更改都可以反映到USB驱动器和第一台PC，您可以配置这两个文件夹对的操作为同步，**注意**，如果存在更改冲突，将保留最后的更改。
如果您只想将文件从PC1同步到USB并在PC2上保留副本，请配置2个文件夹对作为echo，文件夹对1：左PC1 - 右USB，文件夹对2：左USB - 右PC2，动作都是回声。

Hi Fab,
     For your scenario SyncToy could help you achieve it. You can create 2 synctoy folder pairs on each PC.
If you want three of them are absolutly keeping synced, i.e. any change on the second PC could be reflect to both USB drive and the first PC, you could configure those 2 folder pairs' action as Synchronize, ** Notice **, the last changes will be kept if there are change conflict.
If you just want to sync file from PC1 to usb and keep a copy on PC2 too, configure those 2 folder pairs as echo, Folder pair 1: left PC1--right USB, Folder Pair 2: left USB--right PC2, action  both are echo.
