Over the last few days this app has changed and been published several times with no problems.  This morning I received this error.

Error    1    Failed to copy file '\\xxxx\LegRsrchApps\Software\Development\Apps\StatDwnLoad\StatDwnLoad\bin\Release\app.publish\setup.exe' to '\\xxxx\Install_Drive\LR Current Apps\StatDownload\setup.exe'. Unable to add 'setup.exe' to the Web site.  The file 'setup.exe' already exists in this Web site.

After the first time receiving the error I deleted all files in \\xxxx\Install_Drive\LR Current Apps\StatDownload\ (no setup.exe) and tried again.  Same error, but the files were correct and there was a setup.exe

Since this problem is related to ClickOnce more than VB.Net in particular, it should be in the ClickOnce & Setup projects forum.  I'll need to move it there...
