I did this procedure as follows attached images, however I could not change the type of certification motheboard for Desktop,
I erased everything S.O installed and still nothing.

Anyone can say what I can do to solve the problem?

I am a little confused on the steps that you took, but from the title of the post it appears that you manually added the Feature "System.Fundamentals.StorageAndBoot"? If this is the case you should not add it manually for systems that are not Connected Standby capable.
