Hello there, i want to start a project in visual studio(IDE) using C# and AForge.net to develop an android apps which can able to detect and track a motion over camera. As i am a student, i can't afford to buy software like Xamarin and other's to accomplish my project. So, is there are any others ways from which i can accomplish it. As i am new to image processing, i am hoping for your valuable suggestion and solution.
