I am trying to export pieces of an image as png files. Using the slice tool I have set the bounderies for the area for exaple the height is 42px and the width is 21px. With this slice selected  I click the export menu and review the selected slice in the export dialog and confirm the width and height are still 21px X 42px, I then choose the export selected slices option and the program exports the files, except the file it exports is not of the specified demensions it is coming out 22px X 43px. I have tried re positioning the slice always maintaining the size of 21px X 42px but the export is not coming out at the correct dimension. HELP?

I'm on Expression Design 3, and I just tried what you mention above and exported to all different format file types and all my images exported as 21pm x 42px

Could there be a chance that it there is a larger layer being selected aslo
