After having played around with the Pixelsense table (formerly known as Microsoft Surface 2), I've noticed several issues with the touch functionality, such as:

hello, this is part of the technology. if you want to reduce the sensitivity of the unit you can place some line of code to detect only touch finger and not blob. in that case the unit will behaves as normal touch screen.

Based on the delay or offset you have when you move you finger and the object is followin it s the same thing. Today a touch scree reaction when you do such operation is 100 ms delay. Faster you move your finger , more you will see the offset.

There is a project in microsoft reaserch lab to reduce this delay drastically, but this is still in experimentation.
