I want to use a range slider in my app. There used to be a property to accomplish this (IsSelectionRangeEnabled), but it isn't there anymore. Is there a (simple) way to do this?

IsSelectionRangeEnabled is not (and as far as I can tell never has been) implemented for Windows.Ui.Xaml.Controls.Slider.

If you are looking for a multiple-thumb slider you will either need to implement it yourself or find a 3rd party solution. You may want to look to see if you can find implementations for Silverlight that you can leverage
