我想创建一个Windows窗体应用程序，它每天在用户桌面上显示一个通知（比如一个选框），关于今天要完成的任务。我不想要任何弹出窗口或消息框，因为，如果关闭，用户可能会忘记它。所以，我希望通知滚动一整天，最重要的是，即使我的Windows窗体应用程序在那天关闭/未打开，也应该显示通知。我读了关于notifyicon，吐司通知。但我不认为他们符合我的要求。我不知道从哪里开始。请帮助。

I want to create a windows form application,which displays a notification(like a marquee)in the users desktop daily,about the tasks to be completed today.,i do not want any pop-ups or message box because,if it is closed the user might forget it.So,i want the notification to be scrolling the whole day,and most importantly the notification should be displayed even when my windows form application is closed/not opened on that day.I read about notifyicon,toast notifications.,but i do not think they perform my requirement. I have no idea where to start also. Pls help.
