I could not find VSTS in the selection so I post it to TFS. when I login to my visual studio account I have here this section: "Accounts Pending Deletion" which has an expand button and when I click it, it shows nothing. At one point in time, I created a VSTS but then I deleted it (I thought I am on a different subscription).

I looked at my Azure subscription, to the Azure Active Directory section and I can still see there is Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services in my Enterprise Applications list. Is this normal? (the delete button for this item is disabled)

If you don't need your Visual Studio Team Services account, you can delete it. If you change your mind within 90 days, you can recover your account. After 90 days, your account and data are permanently deleted.

When you delete your Visual Studio Team Services account:
