Is it possible to export code search results? In our last repository, Source Safe, you could export and it would show you the line of code and also who it was last checked in by(or created by) so you know who it belongs to. Is there any feature like that in TFS 2017 code search feature?

TFS doesn't have a feature to export code search results with created changed information. You could only check this in web, and download the file.
