Hi,  hope I am in the right place as I cannot code.

I have been developing a database for work using MS Access. Foe each of the employees at my company I keep track of their training. I have a PDF of the relevant certificate stored with their other data. If the employees are out on site and do not have proof of their training I need to be able to e-mail the PDF copy of their cert out to them.

From the form I have that shows the training for each individual, I would like to be able to select one or more of these PDF's and click to e-mail them. I am comfortable using the macro builders and installing buttons etc. on the forms but cannot find a way to do this. It seems fairly straight forward to send a whole form or other Access objects via e-mail but not to pick specific bits of data.
