Does anybody know if the payouts for the ads served in Microsoft AdControl for Microsoft ads are based on just the number of impressions or also on the number of clicks? Say, if someone clicked on the ad in my app, would that bring more revenue or it does not matter?

we use multiple sources for demand and thus your app should be ready for ads billed either way, impression or click-based. Is it possible that the instrumentation layer you added here is interfering with the clicks? If you test and do land on a web site or new app, or see an expanded experience, the click would be logged. If you are continue to see otherwise, please open a support case.
