我正在开发vb.net项目。但我不擅长编程。现在我在Windows机器上部署我的vb.net项目。在那台机器上没有mysql软件。是否有可能使用mysql软件部署我的项目。这是我的vb.net项目捆绑mysql软件的意思。在这样部署我的项目。

1.检查.netframework如果没有安装.netframework

2.检查mysql如果不可用mysql，安装

3.安装mysql后（如果尚未安装）创建数据库。

i am working on vb.net project. but i am not good in programing. now i am deploying my vb.net project on windows machine. in that machine there is no mysql software. is there any possibilities to deploy my project with mysql software. that's mean bundle mysql software with my vb.net project. in deploy my project like this.
1. check .netframework if not installed .netframework
2. check mysql if not available mysql, install
3. after installing mysql(if not already installed) create database.
4. then run my project
