Apologies if this is in the wrong section.
I have today come across an issue with Microsoft Visio 2016. I can open the Visio fine, however, any templates I have saved will not open properly. It's an error I and certainly nobody else I know has seen before so I don't even know where to start to Google the error as I normally would do.
The only around I have seen to this is to press enter when the error occurs which then opens my template(s). I have a license key and nothing untoward has changed with my computer and nobody else seems to be affected. The templates I have been using for around a year now with no issues.
I can provide any other details you may need. I cannot attach an image of this until I verify the account which I will look how to do so now but it is the standard red x box and a help/question mark but no actual box and a random tube shaped con half underneath the red x with a dot at the bottom.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
