I dont understand why, because the configuration account of the build service is the same of the TFS administration. On the web page, with this account, i have access on the collection.

Any suggestion to solve this issue?

Please make sure you log on the machine as an agent pool administrator, also make sure you run the command prompt. For more information, you could refer to the following link:
