The Face API is being extremely unreliable, to the extent where I will have to seek an alternative, it's not finding faces 9 times out of 10 this morning.  I'm taking the same selfie of me to test with, if I released the app like this it would tank.

Why is it so bad?  It wasn't always this bad, are there server issues?  How do I notify my users of server issues?

I'm no longer using the API, I have code running locally, so no requirement of internet access now. I see have no replies to this anyway, so never mind!!
