Hello,

I have been using the sdk and an mvc project to detect faces from a photo.

It works well during detection. I am now trying to group faces, so I first call the detection face async

before adding to the group. The problem I have right now is that the FaceId for the detected face is always:

00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

No matter if I choose a new photo or an already detected one.

Can I get some help with this?

Am I doing somethings wrong?

Can you share the code you're using to make the detect call? 

Have you tried using the API testing console for detection to see if that returns a FaceID?
