Hello, I was trying to send a jpg image to Oxford OCR service taken by this IP camera: http://guest:guest12@158.49.245.70:27654/jpg/image.jpg

The response I got is "Image URL is not accessible". I don't know where could be the error. The url is accessible through my web browser. Is there any problem with the username (guest) or password (guest12) ?

This is not currently supported by the Project Oxford services.

The workaround is to locally load the image and then send the raw bytes in the body along with the header Content-Type: application/octet-stream. This might be a preferable solution for you since the auth information is otherwise going out in the clear.
