please clarify a couple of questions regarding the Desktop bridge, converted Desktop apps and Store.

First a bit of context: my app is a desktop app that doesn't fit the UWP in a number of reasons e.g. there's a registry reading, process manipulation, NT service and sometimes elevated permissions (due to the fact we're carrying service in our package). Namely it's a parental control software and it's impossible to make in an isolated container.
