2. RoomsJacks
3. JacksSwitches
4. SwitchesPorts

Looking for opinions on the following table setup. How would you have set it up. Also specifically looking at the Switch to Port as some switches will have 24 ports while others have 48. Questioning on the setup is welcomed if more information is needed.

It looks to me like you have 4 tables that are unneeded:

1. BuildingsRooms
2. RoomsJacks
3. JacksSwitches
4. SwitchesPorts

So you would have:

1. Buildings to Rooms (with BuildingFK)
2. Rooms to Jacks (with RoomsFK)
3. Jacks to Switches (with JacksFK)
4. Switches to Ports (with SwitchesFK)
